We are looking for a persone assuming both roles, HR Assistant & Commercial Assistant who is eager to work alongside our HR Advisor and Sales department to drive our operations in Spain.

As HR Assitant (60% of your time), you will work closely with the Head of Human Resources for Spain. You will share our passion for World Class Service. Join our journey of being a well-loved, social and inclusive brand and contribute to our success by performing these tasks:
- Participate in the day-to-day HR operations and administration.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all data in our HR system, Workday, is up to date.
- Work on our health and safety obligations.
- Help analyse and interpret relevant people KPIs.
- Recruitment. You will ensure that we provide our candidates with a fast and smooth recruitment experience. Some of your recruitment tasks will include creating job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, monitoring sourcing pipelines and identifying where we can further improve the process!
- You will manage training projects and support performance appraisals.
As Commercial Assistant (40% of your time) your task will be:
- Support to the Sales team: (Coordinate actions with Shopping Centres, Translations, Commercial comunications..).
- Contacts with Commercial Centres
- Administrative management: Collection of internal mail, travel arrangements, banking, etc.).
- Support to the sales team: Responsible for internal communication, Commercial support to shops, Administrative management (internal mail collection, travel arrangements, banking, etc.).
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have already gained your first work experience in human resources.
- You are proactive, organised and work independently.
- You are able to communicate in English on a professional level, the language in which you will communicate with our HQ in the Netherlands.
- You know how to navigate in a work environment with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities.
- You will stand out even more if you have experience working with various HR systems, such as Workday or similar.
We offer you:
- Permanent contract with a 37.5 hour working week.
- Gross annual salary 20-22k at 37,5h
- 2 days of working from home per week (once you are settled in the job).
